Please read this. It's about sources of plastics and phthalates in even organic foods.

I find that article very disturbing, I just purchased the book "Plastic-free" and I'm looking foreword to reading onmore insight on paths that lead to life without chemicals from plastic

Excellent. Next time I see you, I'd love to hear what you're doing to eliminate plastics. It's very hard to do, as they're EVERYWHERE! My daughter is on the plastic free journey as well (she even put back some ice cream that had a plastic wrapper!), and it's an eye opener.

Honestly Victoria I'm pretty green in this concept. I have ditched the majority of my plastic food containers and also purchased Life Factory glass water bottles and a glass blender bottle. I'm just now starting the book "Plastic Free" and its quite overwhelming the things you learn.

It almost seems to me like the best short term solution is to purchase or build a FAR sauna to remove the toxins already in our systems and then try to eliminate or just reduce the exposure ongoing.

I'm still reading the book "Plastic Free" but wanted to share that the Author "Beth Terry" has her own web page that gives a lot of good insight and information on all of her research into living plastic free that she has done over the years.

The page is www.mypasticfreelife.com
