My brother Max and I are training for our 2nd degree black belts together. Here was our morning workout.
We stared with Bi Fit Sao, today he did it with a bench held over his head (we only have one so we alternate days) for 2 minutes, then one minute of golden chicken on each side. 1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
12 tbls. butter, melted and cooled until warm
1 cup packed light or dark brown sugar

Before working out and running this morning I had a glass of water with kelp. Then some green tea whilst making breakfast.
