Yesterday's Workout-Outside Workout

Once around our track

Did each form three times except Yut Sum and I forgot Pow Choi.  Which is funny because I love Pow Choi.  

Wushu Basic Stance drill, 8 Chain Punch, Hammer Strike, Yut Yee, Dropping Horse, Mantis Grab, and Wah Lum LIttle First Form 

20 pushups

2 sets of 10  - 50lb bench press

Dips

One Arm Rows

Hammer Curl

Bicep Curl

Let Extension and Leg Curl

Purple Rubber Band Front Lateral and Side Lateral 

Abs:  cross over, dead bug and regular

Floor leg work 

Stretch 

Today

I did each form 3 times each, except I did Yut Sum 10 times and Wah Lum Little First Form 5 times.  For Mantis Grab I keep going.

Bag Work

1:30 second rounds 7 x 

Floor leg work and Abs, 

I am choosing to create a form with my staff.  This will be a bigger challenge for me.  Today I worked on spinning, while moving my lower body for 10 minutes. 

10 minutes of dance (hip hop)

Stretch 

Tomorrow  I will work on Wah Lum Big First Form 

And yes I am feeling my legs!
