Each class we will make an herbal product.

You will learn to make a salve, tincture, syrup, infused honey, infused vinegar and teas.

One class every Saturday from 12:00 to 1:00 pm for six weeks.

March 26th, Week one- Teas and tonics, understanding infusions and decoctions:  The wonderful world of tea is going to be opened up to you.   This class is going to initiate you into the world of tea for comfort, serenity and healing.  

April 2nd, Week 2 -  Herbal syrups:  Herbal syrups can be used as a medium for  cough remedies, cold remedies, daily wellness, easier for children to take (taste better) use in beverages or recipes.   

 April 9th, Week 3 - Tinctures: Concentrated liquid extracts.  

April 16th, Week 4 - Salve: .  Salves or balms are effective and convenient preparations for soothing and healing skin.  

April 23rd, Week 5 - Infused honey:  Herbal honey's are easy to make and a great way to get herbs into your life.  

April 30th Week 6 - Infused vinegar's:  You can use an infused vinegar to nutritionally enhance any meal, use for skin, hair or muscles and for the medicine chest. 

You will bring home one herbal item each week, recipe note and herbal information.

All classes prepaid in full. (Must prepay by March 12th)
