I have two lectures that I want to share with those of you who are interested in better health and for those who what to have more knowledge on these topics.

Cold /Flu and Respiratory issues. This lecture is from 1996 by a Naturopathic Doctor. What the function of a cold/flu is, why it is important to get sick once in a while and how to treat when it does happen.

The other lecture is by one of my favorite herbalist on Stress.
