Vicki is teaching a Sauerkraut Class:

“We’ll learn some basics about vegetable fermentation and make a batch of sauerkraut. Everyone will go home with one quart of cabbage sauerkraut.

Please bring a one quart jar. I’ll provide cabbage and salt.
