Being prepared with my favorite first aid herbal remedies gives me peace of mind.  Putting it together in a small kit and the herbal cupboard, keeps me from having to search out herbal products in the event of an illness or  when someone needs first aid.  

We will go over some basic herbal first aid remedies. Like,  treating blisters, bug bites,motion sickness and colds. In this class we will study simple, multipurpose remedies and give you some ideas on what to store them in.    These are just a few of the herbs we will be going over arnica gel,  yarrow, echinacea, wormwood, valerian tinctures, echinacea, peppermint and chamomile tea bags, crystallized ginger, insect repellent, a tin of herbal salve and lavender essential oil.
