Can anyone answer my question?

Before dinner we were snacking on some organic store-bought celery (our own home grown is still small), before dinner, and we all agreed that it tasted very salty. I thought at first that Paul had salted it, but he hadn't.  Has anyone else ever experienced this? And why is it? Do they soak it in salt water before shipping?

Last Wednesday class

I am reminded of the importance of putting things under the microscope and giving ones body the time to learn, and I am reminding my own students to do slow motion work. Thank you, Mr. Bronson!

Sowings

I recently planted three goji berry bushes and a mulberry tree. The fruits of these are great for health. Wish us luck! My last new mulberry didn't come out of dormancy, and the one before that was stomped on by roofers.

On a different note, I wanted to say how valuable a tool this website is. It is filled, of course, with great links and comments, but it also inspires me to stay on track. Every time I visit the site, I think of a healthy meal to make or a time to schedule a workout.… Continue
