I received my last pieces of the Wollum Big form this past week and have been working it into neurological strength before speeding it up and focusing on adding power. Today I did the following work-out:
Two reps of form 1
Two reps of form 2
3 reps of Wollum Big form
Two reps of form 3
Two reps of form 4
3 reps of Wollum Big form
Two reps of form 5
Two reps of form 6
3 reps of Wollum Big form
I then spent 30 minutes stretching before hitting the day again. I hope to begin Seven Kicks Friday. So fun!
