I am still partly in denial that it is February already. Time flies. It was a great month of training. My first three weeks of January were strong and fulfilled my goals. My last week I had the in-laws in town and I got sick (the in-laws were sick when they came). I had to tailor my week of training to be super slow flow drills and take a break from the weights, cardio, and plyrometrics. The sickness did give me more time to stretch. It also help me make time to get organized. I was able to come up with a spreadsheet that lists all my material. I check off if I trained each piece solo as well as what I did with a partner before-after class or out of class.

I still am doing each of my green material twice a day. Carla and Ava are helping me make the time. Ava (my two year old) likes doing stick work with me, though she doesn't listen much about what she needs to do with her check hand. Carla loves helping me with the trapping lines ... although I think I will regret showing her Jit Sao. She is quicker than I am. She might even be quicker than the pink shadow.

Thanks Angelina. I find myself as organized and disciplined as the levels of my goals. It is a goal-heavy season right now. My summer relax, as do my holidays. Hard to keep tense and driven all the time. Must have those breaks.
