Hi everyone,

I've been on the road again visiting my kids in Texas. On the way I stopped in Chaco Canyon National Park, New Mexico, to see the ancient (600AD) ruins of the Pueblo, Hopi and Navajo. I did a good deal of climbing in and around the ruins without any strength or balance issues thanks to forms. I don't mean to brag, but I am aging gracefully as advertised.

I also stopped in Roswell, NM to see the alien museum. There seems to be a lot of evidence that we are not alone. It depends on what you want to believe, hoax, government cover up or alien crash. Get your foil hats;good times! Oh, I've been camping in the back of the pickup in truck stops and Walmart parking lots. Nice 24hr Walmart in Roswell.

I continued on to Carlsbad Caverns National Park, NM where I hiked the caves for miles at about 700 feet under ground. Really something to see.

So now I'm in Texas with Hannah, Kevin and his family. My grand daughter Sophia is adorable. Anyway, I'm doing forms (mobile gym) to stay in shape while on vacation. Does that sound weird to take vacation when you're retired? I'm loving my freedom.

Stay strong my Kung Fu brothers and sisters so you too can age gracefully and enjoy your vacations/retirement.

Later,

Dave
