It was a week for hard training. I decided to try to take it up a notch in anticipation that I may have a green belt test coming in the coming month. Here is my training in review.

Monday: Chest and back. Core. Punches. Empty Hand flow drills. Hubbud.

Tuesday: Plyrometrics. Kicks. Class (where we focused on kicks quite a bit!) Hubbud work before class.

Wednesday: Shoulders and arms. Core. Stick and knife flow drills. Class. Hubbud work before class.

Thursday: Cardio work-out.

Friday: Private class. Hubbud work with half-beats and subconscious training.

Saturday: Legs and back. Core.

I still need to do my joint locks for the week, but I have been able to fit all my other material in during the week again. I hope to come up with a spreadsheet that I can document when and how long I train each component during the week. Also, I now have all my material for green and Mr. Bronson says I am a month to two months away from testing if I continue to train hard.

Watch out Dakota ... here I come!
