I just wanted to post a quick thank you to Sifu Bronson for posting videos on our flow drills. Tonight while our organic meatloaf was cooking, I went through the cover n' slash flow drill in the air. I then went to the ning site and watched the video he made on the drill. When I went back to the flow drill, my imaginings were clearer and movement sharper.
