Today I was able to substitute my P90X Legs workout with running the stairs at the coast with a twist. The twist is simple and I added it because of the mysterious comments I have been getting from black belts. Mr. Bronson has set the date of June 27th to test me for black belt and everything time a current black belt congratulates me they say something like, "Make sure you are doing your straight blasts." Most won't go any further than that comment, so I decided to just get comfortable with straight blasts. As I ran the stairs I would pause at the ocean and do straight blasts for a minute. I would then pause at the top of the stairs at do straight blasts for a minute. I did eighteen sets up stairs equaling 36 minutes minutes of straight blasts alongside a great leg burn. I then returned to the house and finished with a good core workout. I put in some serious stretch time and then crashed after a good meal.

From now till June 27th I hope to be working with Chuck one day of week going through our partner material, as well as continuing to get the Dummy and staff work as solid as the rest of my material.
