Mountain Warrior Kung Fu hikes replenish and rejuvenate you. This happens by eating good food, breathing fresh mountain air, having community and making it a no screen day.

You are required to wear good shoes, dress for weather, bring a small back-pack, water and HEALTHY ORGANIC SNACKS ONLY.  It is a good idea to bring a change of clothes. 

Hikes are meditation for the mind and in order to bring calmness to our bodies there is a rule of NO CELL PHONES

You will be required, during the hike to keep all cell phones put away. 

No video games are allowed.

No strollers or dogs allowed.

NO cell phones to be used unless you are taking a picture and you don't post to facebook or any other social media until you are home.

If you would like to eat the organic meal and tea that is provided the cost is $25.00 (Meal will have vegan/vegetarian options)
