Event Description
The hike is 4 miles in and 4 miles out. This will be workshop on how to use the Monkey Fist in combat.
Cost: $65.00 Includes one hand made monkey fist and the workshop.

Meet at the school at 5:00 AM
Healthy Lunch - Organic
Healthy Snacks - Organic
No Junk Food
Bring Water - Water Filter?
Warm clothes
Change of clothes
No electronic gadgets except cameras
No dogs
Bring a swim suit if you want a very cold dip in the pool.
Bring a water filter if you have one, so you can refill your water bottle.
