Contest: Green Food Day Challenge

Show your Health Defense Kung Fu spirit by participating in "Healthy Green Food Day"  Being a health defense school we would like to see all of our students participate in this contest.  

Here's the deal, eat anything super green all day.  

BUT

HERE'S THE CATCH:  ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD PRODUCTS WITH ARTIFICIAL DIE, NO FOOD COLORING OF ANY SORT!.  

What you need to do for this challenge is: 

Eat lots of organic veggies, organic spinach pasta, greens drinks etc.   Be creative with your eating.

Write about it,

Draw pictures 

OR

Blog about it and add photos on the ning site

You could even do a video :)

We want to see pictures and if you made food from scratch share at least one of the recipes

Also, The food has to be made and eaten on March 17th.  This is an all day event.

It is not to late to join in the fun.  Get your organic food, organic green food, organic day on the way.   Remember everything has to be organic.  It the company is not certified organic it has to be proven it is organic. Example Growing Wild farm is not certified organic but they have organic practices only...
