This past week I received the last part of my final form for the first level test. I love the Wah Lum Little First Form. I am hoping to meet again with Mr. Bronson for a private on Wednesday to refine all nine of the forms. In order for Wah Lum Little First Form to be ready I have made a goal of doing it 100 times before we meet again. Since that Wednesday every day I have worked through the following work-out to make that goal.

2 reps of Wah Lum Little First Form

2 reps of Wushu Basic Stance Drill

2 reps of Wah Lum Little First Form

2 reps of Eight Chained Punch

2 reps of Wah Lum Little First Form

2 reps of Hammerstrike

2 reps of Wah Lum Little First Form

2 reps of Yut Yee

2 reps of Wah Lum Little First Form

2 reps of Dropping Horse

2 reps of Wah Lum Little First Form

2 reps of Mantis Grab

2 reps of Wah Lum Little First Form

2 reps of Pow Choi

2 reps of Wah Lum Little First Form

2 reps of Yut Sum

16 reps of Wah Lum Little First Form, 16 reps of my other forms. By Wednesday I should have done Wah Lum Little First Form 112 times.
