Yesterday I worked through my forms again with great intensity. In my last private lesson, I was able to get the moves needed to complete the eighth form. My workout with the forms was threefold. First I did each form twice focusing on technical placement and timing (Mr. Bronson gave me six things to work on with my forms to sharpen my technique). I then did each of the eight forms twice at tai chi speed - which was more difficult than I anticipated by the eighth form. I then did each of the eight forms six times at max speed. It took me an hour and a thirty five minutes to complete these 80 forms.

I would encourage everyone to work in a private lesson with Mr. Bronson when they can to go over their material. Private lessons have really increased my depth of learning with the material towards the black belt rank and now with forms. Can't wait for my next one!

Great workout! Forms are amazing. Be sure to stretch out extra with that much leg work.
