Living with MCS  GRRRRRR

 

We took Sophia's dog to the vet to get spayed last Thursday.  Talk about Chemical Warfare !!  Need I say more as to how I am feeling physically and mentally.  WOW  Talk about a one day assault on the body.  The amount of chemical smell coming off that dog when we picked her up was incredible.  Note to self: Never get a female dog again so we don't have to go through that again.  

 

Pushing through all that encompasses the assault on my body and brain this last few days requires a lot of strength. Ug!  I have an incredible husband and children  that are there for me.   I am soooooo thankful for that

Today requires, music with martial arts and dance.  I tell my body to move and man does it want to resist.  I am not going to let my body feel this way!   Music and movement is is what keeps me going.  

I AM a fighter, a very strong woman, (my daughter says I am like a crowd of people lol) 

 

Well, time to go back to free flow with my daughters my break is over
