Today I needed to focus more warm smoothies, because the last few cold ones have left me feeling too cold and I have had to go take a shower hydro-therapy way.
I really like the one I made today. So for those of you who are ever in a position that you need soft foods here is a recipe for you.
Organic lentil soup with veggies, 2 cups ( Amys Organics or homemade)
Organic minestrone chunky veggie soup, 2 cups ( Amys Organics or homemade)
Homemade beef bone broth with herbs and veggies: hawthorn berries, elderberries, dandelion root, burdock root, astrgalus root, a couple dried cayenne peppers, leeks, onions, garlic, purple potatoes, carrots, kale, collard greens, celtic salt .

Mix
2 cups lentil soup
2 cups minestrone chunky veggie
3 cups beef bone broth with herbs and veggies
Smoothie
2 cups of this mixture in the blender
1/2 cup or more chopped organic cilantro
a pinch or two of pepper
Puree'
