Today, I realized my whirl wind kicks look like drunken whirl wind.  I want my whirl wind kick to be executed at my best for my forms test.   On that note I have been practicing my whirl wind kicks right and left leg after my forms work out.  

During my forms workout today I worked on lowering my stances and breathing.  I focused on the beautiful energy around me and used that  to get through my forms.

 I am still having issues with my right leg following along with me.  If I have to I will just drag it and throw it around lol. 

I will also be adding more stretch time at the end of my workout.  

Feeling good with my path and goals.  

Remember eating organic healthy food is vitally important for your recovery and in the future for your body.
