In one particular video, you speak of a "health care plan" as being the food we injest today can care for our health tomorrow. The good food we eat now, equates to good health five years from now. This comment provided an "aha" moment for me, and it put in perspective America's misplaced attitude toward health care. America does not have a "helath care" system. America has a "sick care" system. Once we get sick, we have insurance and medical facilities to care for our particular sickness. It would be nice if our "health care" providers provided copays for things that keep us focused on being healthy; for example,.......just throwing it out there.......kung fu monthly memberships, or athletic club memberships, or copays for organic food purchases; things that would care for our health......crazy talk, I know...........

Even though I know the value of community and the need for us to help one another in times of need. I am also a rugged individualist. With that thought in mind I would just say that I am not interested in paying for some one elses poor health choices. We, as a society, have such a long way to go towards getting our heads out of the sand and learning , then acting upon, keeping ourselves healthy.

My daughter is a biologist and she said that not only does the good food we eat now equate to good health five years from now, but the nutritious food your grandmother ate as a child affected your mothers reproductive health in how well she was able to build YOUR bones and muscles and over all health. Just think, the food you eat now also equates to how healthy your grand children will be!
