Something from my old files.
Physical exercise is good for you. I know that I should do it daily, but my body doesn't want me to do too much, so I have worked out this program of strenuous activities that do not require physical exercise.
1. Beating around the bush
2. Jumping to conclusions
3. Climbing the walls
4. Swallowing my pride
5. Passing the buck
6. Throwiing my weight around
7. Dragging my heels
8. Pushing my luck
9. Making mountains out of molehills
10. Hitting the nail on the head

Keep that body moving through the holidays! Put your favourite music on and "Just Keep Moving"
2 Minute shadow boxing
1 Minute low stance horse stance
1 Minute push-ups
1 Minute dips
30 Second wall front kick right leg
30 Second wall front kick left leg
1 Minute triangle
30 second wall side kick right leg
30 second wall side kick left leg
1 minute highest level kick right leg
1 minute highest level kick left leg
Done!
Make sure you stretch after.
