The Case For Raw Milk, Keep Soy and Pasteurized Dairy Out Of Your Diet

I do not agree that Organic Raw Milk has been directly linked to cancer, type 1 diabetes, MS, Eczema, hear disease and etc...    Drinking raw milk dates back 30,000 years ago. The earliest human artifacts include vessels containing traces of milk residue.  Hippocrates, Galen and other ancient physicians used raw milk in the treatment of disease.  As late as the 20th century, modern physicians prescribed the raw milk cure to their patients for treatment of most diseases.  During the 1920’s, Dr. J.E. Crewe of the Mayo Foundation used an exclusive diet of raw milk to cure Tuberculosis, high blood pressure, prostate disease, diabetes, kidney disease, chronic fatigue and obesity.  Raw milk therapy is still successfully used today in German hospitals.  There have even been reports of people living for decades on nothing but raw milk.

As far as regular pasteurized milk from the store I will agree that it can (or will) cause health issues.  You have two factors.  One is there are a lot of people who are allergic to the protein casein, and it is one of the most difficult proteins for the body to digest.  There are people who can digest casein.   Second pasteurization destroys all the enzymes in milk, these are the same enzymes that help the body assimilate all the body building factors.  Pasteurization reduces the availability of milk's mineral components and many trace minerals.    Pasteurized milk puts an unnecessary strain on the pancreas to produce digestive enzymes, which may explain why milk consumption in civilized societies has been linked with diabetes.   Because of all of these reasons, pasteurization may make people suffer from osteoporosis.   After pasteurization, chemicals may be added to suppress odor and restore taste.  Synthetic vitamin D2 or D3 is added, the former is toxic and has been linked to heart disease.  The final indignity is homogenization, which has also been linked to  heart disease.   All the diseases you brought up in your comment are on the increase, I feel because of a lot of other things. It could range from environmental toxins (petroleum based products, pesticides etc.) to GMO, to a population that is drinking way to much soda.    It seems to me that the best thing one can do is get a food allergy test.  Knowing what food is causing your body stress can be very beneficial.  We should always be alert to symptoms of food intolerance, such as rashes, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, joint pain and hoarseness.  These are nature's warning signals, and it is the wise individual who heeds them.    On the soy issue I think people are consuming to much of it.  Soy is a dangerous food.  It feeds cancer cells.   It contains many anti-nutrients.   Soy foods will block zinc unless they undergo a long period of fermentation.   Soy beans were originally cultivated for its nitrogen-fixing qualities and not as a food source.  This is because soy beans contain potent enzyme inhibitors that cause intestinal problems, cancer and growth retardation.  Soy is also high in phytic acid, which blocks the absorption of essential minerals, such as iron, calcium and magnesium.  If soy is eaten it should be organic and fermented.  Fermenting of soy removes enzyme inhibitors as well phytates. Again, we should always be alert to symptoms of food intolerance, such as rashes, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, joint pain and hoarseness. If you eat a food that you have an allergy to, this will cause stress to the body and we all know that stress to the body can give you a number of ailments.  Peace and have a wonderful day !
