Pad drills, at their highest level, should be practiced as a meditation. A state of focused oneness with the drill is our main goal. When a student reaches this state of oneness (focus) with the drill, time blur's. There is no thought of self, other, the pads. Total focus is on oneness and perfection of movement/self in the moment. Through great dedication, perseverance and an unwavering commitment to self. Each student has the capability of reaching both great physical technique in their Kung Fu as well as a state of calm inner peace through the dedication to oneness in the drill.

 Train your mind as well as your body. The results of your training will be ten times greater than just training your body alone.
