When the tiredness sets in from weeks that seemed like months, nights that seemed too short, the days seemed like you could not catch up on anything,  and now you hit a wall. That was me today

That is when the  little evil voices tell you, you can't do it.  These evil little voices tell you things like you can't get up that mountain,  you are moving to slow, just stay in bed, just look at the computer more,  you have no energy so just watch a movie, maybe you should eat some junk,  you do not need to cook, you don't need to exercise today, tomorrow or the next.

For me this is when I pull up the fighter within and today was that day.  I called up that extra warrior to get my motivation going.

Walking up the steep mountain was not easy at all this morning.   I walked up, I walked backwards up and repeated that cycle.  That was my warm up. 

After my  warm up, I made myself do my  short version of my Ten's Workout: 

Rotations

10 Front kicks, right and left

10 Straight leg kicks, right and left

15 Standing oblique exercise, right and left

5 inside crescent kicks 5 outside crescent kicks, right and left

40 second Bi Fit Sao 

10 wide push-ups

5 narrow push ups

Stretch 

Next week I add my forms to this.  

I am determined to test before Sophia....:) 

Remember 10 reps is better than zero reps
