Yesterday, my workout post did not work according to how it was suppose to go.  I thought I would share with you what my experience was .  The post was this, the workout today consists of: Raking horse poo, brushing three horses, taking dogs and horses up the hill, dips at the top, push ups at the top, hanging abs, bicep curls, reverse curls, shoulder press, one arm row and stretch.  I made it outside to pick up horse poo, I untangle a few manes and then it was time to get food together.  My daughter surprised us last minute with a visit and Joseph was going to do his arm workout, this change my morning.  It changed, because good food for my family and friends (when they are here) is one of my most important beliefs.  I spent the morning making soup for the crock pot at the school, stir fry breakfast and homemade muffins.  Conversation and root tea was needed.  Finally everyone was on there way and I was biting at the bullet to get up that mountain.  At this point (because it was so late in the day) I only took the horses to the half way point.  I did not do push-ups or dips for I needed to be silent and breath.  I ended laying on the ground by my dogs and taking in the quietness.   Once we were down, it was time to eat a snack and I  had great conversation with a great friend who is staying with us.  We both went outside to work on our projects.  Her's was working on our beautiful new fencing and mine was to finish working on the horse's, feet manes, tails and bodies.   Fingers were cold!  It was getting dark so it was time to get the farm closed down.  I came in a took a shower.  After that I went somewhere quiet to finish my workout.     I did my push-ups in the bedroom, put my warm clothes back on went out into the dark and did my hanging abs, hanging pull up and dips.  I continued into the feed room and did my reverse curls, bicep curls, one arm rows and shoulder press.  Ah! I got my workout done. It was time for tea and catch up on whatever else needed attention.  I can say I did not stretch enough.  Tomorrow, I will have a better workout and I am looking forward to it.  I thought I would share my experience, because even if you missed your workout time you should not give up .   I also know I am a bit crazy.  Enjoy your evening and here is to a great set of abs for 2012!
