Your mission

It's Sunday night, and I am getting ready for the next week. What will I teach my students that will impact their lives? I work hard to bring a positive message to all of my students every class. Whether it is the Mighty Monkeys or the Forms class or everything in between. This week I would like to ask all of my students to take on the mission of creating the most positive week possible. This is something that I work at for myself and what I  encourage others to do all of the time. But this week, specifically, I would ask that you make a concerted effort to make the week great.

So much of our lives are lived in mediocrity. It takes effort to get out of that rut and that is part of the purpose and meaning of Kung Fu.

Kung Fu literally translated means working hard towards great accomplishment. Your mission this week is to express this ideal in everything that you do. 

Make this week the best you can. Regardless of the circumstances of your life, work to find the best way to meet every situation. Be positive. Be strong. Be happy and be the change that you would like to see in your life and in the world.
