Hi Cathe,  I would save that potassium iodide for a really bad plume that happens.  We are not out of the neck of the woods yet.  I expect there could be a serious explosion coming.   Also there is another nuclear plant in japan that is still leaking.  

We are just working on nutriton for high minerals.  The kelp is a big one.  

Vitamin c, calcium magnesium, glutathione, alpha lipoic acid, adrenal support, rhodiola, nettle (important one), greens drink, miso,  and vitiamin d.  I think if you follow a diet like you are treating cancer in the eastern way you will do very well.  Stay away from all fast food and non organic food.  This is a must to keep your body working effciently.  Of course exercise everyday is a must.

I will also be picking up some spirulina and chlorella.

Do you have your kids eating or drinking Kelp?  I am sure you are up on what everyone needs.  Natural News has great information out there.  Please share it with people to get the word out.  The young people need to be following the nutrition requirements to keep that radioactive material out of their thyroids.

I assume the word "hit" was carefully chosen. I'm surprised he let you get close enough to use the butt on him. Usually it takes a pretty good strike to slow them down. I just prefer shooting them. Congrats.
