Generally I have been focussing on forms in my workouts, after loosening, with stretching at the end after some crunches and pushups. Now I am adding more horse stance (need to work on ankle strength) and the golden chicken (mine is still more like the rubber chicken). There are many things that one can do almost anywhere, such as the opening and closing of hands. But for my actual workout I prefer to be outdoors. I workout on the grass, facing north, right in front of the parsnips, beets, rutabagas, and collards. I used to workout under the apple tree, near the bamboo, but there are too many little apples there! In Montana I worked out outdoors and tore up the grass. One day my mom said "look at this! I wonder if animals did it!", and she laughed when I said it was Kung fu.
