Yesterday I made this delicious dip: put in the cuisinart the following items-
A half bunch of celery, chopped roughly
A big bunch of parsley, chopped roughly
A cup or so of pre-soaked sunflower seeds (no shells)
Two chunks of Moroccan preserved lemon
A smallish onion, chopped roughly
A bit of sea salt
One smashed clove of garlic
A spoonful of miso optional (I didn't use any)

Blend to desired consistency, eat on crackers or bread or veggie sticks, as you would with hummus. This last batch I made turned out a bit oniony, as I had run out of garden onions and ended up using some of my home grown shallots. Shallots will probably be too strong for any but the stoutest onion eater. Red onions, walla wallas, or vidalias are best.
