Today I am especially feeling frustrated. I was reading on old post from Mr. Bronson about chemicals in our hoses, as well as many older posts and new posts about how we lost 30% of our bees in the US (again), which now means that the almond/blueberry/apple crops will probably not get pollinated. We have reached that critical low point.

Why do we have to work SO HARD NOT TO POISON OURSELVES?!? Why do we have to do tons of research in hard to find places so as NOT to kill our children?!?? What sort of crazy world is this? Is this just another case of species overshoot, with humans being the infestation that is killing every thing else?

Sorry to sound so negative, but I do think these are questions that everyone ought to be asking, and the fact that so many people are not asking them is, well, frustrating. And it is horrifying to me that we have come to this point with barely a word of protest.

Faith and patience. Those are the hardest things. I think it is true that people are waking up all over the world, but I must have faith that they will wake up in time.

Thanks! Sometimes it is just good to know that I am not alone in feeling this way. Lately I have been feeling overwhelmed. It is disgusting, it is immoral, it is evil. I think the next 30 years will bring unimagined horrors but also changes that must happen if life is to continue on this planet.

Very well said... I can only hope that people really start asking the same questions that you are asking.
