Sophia's turkey
We are still in Ashland, at my parents' house, and recovering from yesterday's dinner. We ate organic - sweet potatoes, beans, gluten-free stuffing, gluten-free popovers, mashed potatoes, cranberries, quince compote, and Sophia's turkey.
And let me say that turkey was deluxe! Our guests pronounced it the best turkey they had ever had. Thank you, Sophia, for a great turkey! Gobble Gobble!

Awesome, those home grown organic birds are the very best. Any one want to give the best organic bird around a try? Sophia has on bird left to sell. Christmas dinner maybe?
