Nearing a milestone
It is an exciting time for kung fu training. This past seven days I have been able to work in the pointers and deepening insight Sifu helped me with in my last private class. I trained up on Mt. Hood, near the Deschutes river, and last night on the beach. The forms are becoming a part of my daily life.
