I was sick for 2 days and finally got better,and that ment back to training!
- A great run for a warm up
- 300 punches/ 100 jabs,100 hooks,100 vertical.
- 40 pushups 20 normal 20 diamond
- Heavy bag work
- Weight lifting
- Nunchaku training
- 200 crunches
- 100 high knees
- 30 squats,and 3 jumping horse(Jumping horse is a 30sec horse stance to 10 squat jumps back to horse stance for 30 sec;My legs felt like jelly after all that.
- Then stretching.
