Now I know that it is not just me. We all have varying levels of chaos going on in our lives and the amount of chaos simply depends on the day. So how do you manage the chaos? It simply comes down to your own internal center. By that I mean your ability to handle a stressful situation calmly. Like everything, this takes practice. How do you practice this? It is called Chi Kung and I have been training it for many years. Over the years I have had the opportunity to train with several Chi Kung masters. I'll let you in on a little secret. Even they do not keep their center all of the time. But because of the practice they are able to deal with most situations much better than the rest of us. And, when they do get thrown off center they are able to regain their composure much more quickly than most of us.

This is a path that I have been on for a great many years and the fruits of my labors have been worth all of the effort. I encourage all of my students to practice Chi Kung on a daily basis. The long term benefits are great. If you do not know what Chi Kung is then you must have missed the last seminar that I ran on it. Watch our web site closely for the next Chi Kung seminar. Stress reduction has always been important since the dawn of time. I believe that in todays world it is more important than ever.
