I decided after the Awards Ceremony I would do a workout that involved a lot of arm conditioning. To get my arms warmed up I did 2 mins of straight blast triangles;a killer warmup! After I was warmed up this is what I did. 100 pushups separately, 30 of them being knuckles. Jik Chung Chuie or chain punching free flow on my heavy bag. This involves constant chain punches combined with back fists,palm blows,and elbows. These will greatly increase the speed,and power of your punches. To end the workout I did some weightlifting for about 5mins. My workout was timed at 1 hour and 20mis; the majority of it was pushups,and free flow. Now what did you do for a workout?
