Had a great experience over the last two weeks. Here it goes...

 

    The week before last, I woke up every morning and did my forms, bi fit sao, golden chicken, push ups, jumping toe kicks, all that good stuff. Every morning at like 6 my brother and I did this. Then, on Saturday we ( bro., dad and I) went on about a 20 mile bike ride up baker creek to the logging roads. The day after, we went up to Mr. Bronson's and sawed ( about ) eight foot logs/ large branches and moved them around.

    On Monday I decided to let my body recuperate, do some stretching and maybe some forms tai chi speed. This is where it got crazy. I didn't do these things, even though I knew I should have. Oops! Big mistake. The next day I didn't work out either. Then, on Wednesday I did a very little bit of exercise (forms once or twice through). Then nothing else until Friday night when we had Demo team. On Saturday my body said 'You've been stupid this week. It's time you learn your lesson!' Around midday Saturday I started to feel a little under the weather. So I busted out the Echinacea Root extract and started to heal. I was congested, weak, and overall not feeling well at all. So today I made a decongestant salve, and inhaled.

 

     The moral of the story, KEEP WORKING OUT, STRETCHING, and EATING HEALTHY!

     Tomorrow I plan on getting back to taking care of my body.
