Feeling good with my workouts.  Yesterday, was a bit tough only due to time.  We are having coyote issues for the first time, everything needs to be watered ( we hand water, Double UGG!)  and Joseph and I got caught up talking about world events.  My workout started a bit slow due to, too much talking and the fact that I still felt tired from Sunday's hike, not so much physical but due to the extreme heat and Mondays farm work was a sweaty one.  

After the first few forms, I kicked in and pushed harder and lower,  After my forms I finished up with my kicking workout, ab and back exercise and then a good stretch.  

Later today I will work on my forms.  I just might bring it up to the 45 forms this afternoon.  It looks like my farm work will not be as hot today, so this will give me the extra energy I need to complete 45 forms.  Wish me luck... 

Looking forward to getting my private schedule and a date set for my forms test... I am really looking forward to the staff form and finally getting to do seven kicks someday.  It is not just a dream anymore!
