Today,  I walked up the mountain, forward and backward, hit the second road in good time.  

A few hours later, I trained outside, my horse Jameal watching me with such curiosity it was funny.    They usually bug me and I have to find a different spot to train.  

 I worked on my forms.  I did each form 4 times each, facing different directions.  If I messed up I would do that form over again.   I did some dance moves for about 30 minutes.   I had a hip injury from my accident, the the dance movement that I do saved my hip.   Besides it is important to me to balance out the male and female side of things.   Stretched after and ate an organic meal.
