Yesterday's Workout:
Morning walk up the mountain. Tea and quite time after
Afternoon workout was just over an hour.
My plan was to do each form four times, although I did some of them more than four, because I felt I needed more practice.
I worked on each form, facing different directions. I did Yut Som 12 times facing different directions.
Some of of food menu for that day and today:
Organic ground beef, herbal kraut, salads, cooked spinach, rice noodles, organic hot dogs, herbal teas, organic gluten free pumpkin pancakes and I am making bone broth with organic chicken.
I used my Invigorating Cream on my legs to help with soreness and gave myself a really good stretch.
