Today, I snacked on a big bowl of salad.   It was kale, celeriac, carrots, beets, onions, garlic, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  The salad was big enough that Sophia, Sue and I could snack on it for half the day.  

It is vitally important to feed your body lots of veggies.  

Set a goal this coming week to get more greens in your (and your children's) daily intake.
