Ok, I got through my workout and even worked out for 2 hours. For my forms I got a little lost on a couple of them so I worked on Mantis Grab a lot, I figure with the low movements that would be great for my legs. I also did Pow Choi several times really low. I did almost 10 minutes of whirl wind kicks. My workout consisted of 3 sets of push-ups, 3 sets of dips (20 reps) kickboxing, 2 rounds of straight blast with 16 oz gloves on for a little over 2 minutes, straight legs kicks, and of course I ended with some free flow dance. I did jump rope stretchs at the end. I am really pushing to stay on my path to seven kicks and then second degree.

I was really proud of the girls, I usually direct them on what to do the whole time. They kicked in and did it all by themselves. That was so awesome to watch.
