Strength is a incrediable thing. Seeking and finding strength to do the things you need to do in your life is very important. I know walking around angry at the world because it smells of chemicals is the wrong thing to do. I know that isn't good for my health either. Hearing Stephanie's comment to me calmed that anger and made my heart smile. I was so full of anger I was forgetting something very important. There have been alot of changes made in other peoples lives because of my MCS and that is awesome!

Strength is what we all need when it comes to making serious changes in life. Finding strength to make changes in diet and life style. Strength to workout 5 to 7 days a week. Strength to give up coffee drinks, to give up too much TV, to give up fast food, to tell your relatives that you are only eating organic (I find this is a really hard one), to tell your childern that you are going to get rid of video games, to tell your kids no more face book, to tell your kids that you are getting rid of their TV because you don't need one in everyone's bedroom, to practice deep breathing, to communicate with someone on a subject you don't agree on, I am sure you all get the picture. So it is important we all find that strength to accomplish what we need to do in life and for some reason applying strength in areas of health and rasing kids this seems to be the hardest. I don't have answers to where you find your own strength but I do know not give up either!

This morning was a big push to get myself up the hill, I wanted to just listen to the birds and drink tea. Felt tired. I told me family I feel like my get up and go left. Made myself go up. I usually make Rocky heal or pull Bella up but, I took Rocky and let him pull me (I cheated a little lol). I had tea, greens drink, and oatmeal with quinoa and off I went to clean Bella's stall, 3 wheel barrel loads. Then 4 wheel barrel loads of compost to the green house, pruned some trees and put the goats away 3 times. They kept escaping!! They are butt heads. As far as my work outs I need to figure out my schedule for the demo time work out and forms. But for now I am happy with finding the strength I need to go up the mountain and run down.

Here's to knowing how to tap into my strength!!!
