My stress management: I am always looking at eliminating, as much as possible, environmental toxins, how we eat, what we need more of, nutrients, minerals, veggies and yes carbs.   Trying to work on time management ( this will eliminate stress).   Setting goals with my exercise routine.

I have increased my mileage for my walks.  Steeper hill.   I am focusing on stress management, which means getting outside more and other types of movements to help my hip.   Tea time with my loved ones on a daily basis.   

Changing my health protocols even more.  We have also increased our greens intake.
