What I experienced today.  What I saw with my own eyes today in  my own little town has made me realize I am not ready.   I am angry and sad.  More on the verge of anger mixed with anxiety.   

I have not trained enough

I have not done enough target practice

I have not worked on my cardio enough

I have not kicked and puched enough

I have not done enough knife drills

 I have not done enough stick drills

 I have not done enough staff drills 

I have not done enough sword drills

I haven't even worked on bow and arrow yet

I have not done enough family safe drills

 

I have not prepared enough emotionally ................................................................

I have several Bows of Varying weights and Lots of Arrows. If you want to do some Archery I would Love to bring over my stuff and we can put holes in stuff. I took a bit of Kyudo in Jr. High School, and I have shot Archery for over 15 years, shooting only recurves, Mongolian and Hun Horse Bows and English Long Bows. I own several types of bows and prefer instinctive over competition. I have also taught archery and have ran a range as a Range Marshall.

Added more running to my up hill work out.  My thoughts today were knife against big long powerful weapons.

I was visualizing different scenarios.

I have only worked with bow and arrow one time.  I was saying I haven't worked on it yet.  Meaning I want a re-curve ( not sure if I said that right) and really really really want to practice.

Bow an Arrow?   I didn't know you do that!   I am an Avid archer myself.  I even make my own arrows.  I would be interested in shooting with you.    What, Prey tell happened?

Yesterday I started a harder cardio workout. 

Run off and on up our mountain and run all the way down.  

I rake daily for about 30 minutes and this is leaving my arms fatigue. 

I want to start adding some knife drills to my daily workouts
