Due to extreme exhaustion, this woman is going to bed.. I had a week of working in my garden that felt like I was farming in the desert, I had a very sick dog and because of this I lost a lot of sleep for a few nights, I still got my workouts in (18 to 27 forms daily including walking up a mountain) I have been getting the farm ready for a double sticks, organic pizza workshop (for the wonderful kung kids), I was up at 4:30 am this morning and I finished watering the garden areas by 10:30 pm. I am now ready for bed and it is after midnight.
I will finish the weekly wellness blog tomorrow or Monday. In the mean time you can check out the list of great recipes and ideas that will be coming your way, soon.
Enjoy your Sunday, eat lots of great organic veggies and get your exercise in!
