Starting this Friday I will be taking a winter break from the desk and computer.  It is my time to renew my ideas and my spirit.   I will be spending time creating my new health program, hiking, planning next years garden,  reading, making projects, and crotchet.  This special time for my family is important to bring back creativity to our minds (screen time burns out creativity).  

I will be back on line December 30th, just in time to bug you about your health and exercise goals, :)  

In the meantime, If you would like to do something for me for Christmas here is my list. 

My Christmas Wish

Buy organic local veggies for your holiday dinners.  

Do not eat at fast food joints...

Stay away from energy drinks and soda.

Read  your food labels, if you do not know what the word is in the ingredients list, put the food back on the shelf.

Stay away from food dyes, including RED and GREEN.

Stop buying bottled water. 

At this moment in time, do not buy any wrapping paper and if you have any more gifts to purchase, do  not buy plastic.  

Look for your artisan and craft markets and finish your shopping from there. 

One last request, if you have a downtown, that has small business owners, give them your money and not the big corporations.
