My brother Max and I are training for our 2nd degree black belts together. Here was our morning workout. 

We stared with Bi Fit Sao, today he did it with a bench held over his head (we only have one so we alternate days) for 2 minutes, then one minute of golden chicken on each side. Then we did forward bend, chin to toe and side to side stretches. Next was straight punching in horse stance, we both counted off 20 punches, then the same with side punches. After that we did 50 standing flowers with staff, then we each counted off 15 side to side's with staff. We then went through 10 count with staff twice medium speed, twice slow, and two times fast. Then we did our staff fight scene for Demo team two times medium, two times slow, and five times fast. Then all of our Forms one time fast. We finished up with doing our passing drills three times each. 

If I forgot anything, he'll probably post it later today.
